ROOM RATE

$239 plus 13.6% tax and $2.90 per night.

RESORT FEE

Normally $29 per night, but waived for ACBO. The waived fee includes complimentary self or valet parking, in-room WiFi and access to all pools and the fitness center.

Be sure to make your room reservations by or before 5:00 p.m. Pacific on April 29, 2024. The earlier you book the better as the room block could sell out at any time.

We are now accepting your session ideas! Submit your session proposal using our online form. Submissions must be made online by March 28, 2024 (extended from March 6th). 

Even if you aren't considering presenting but have a session idea to share, please fill out the form. We can help with the rest!

SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES

We are excited to announce sponsor opportunities for businesses to join us as vendors at the Spring 2024 Conference. This is your opportunity to be in the same room with financial decision-makers for the California community colleges throughout the state. We anticipate approximately 275 attendees, including sponsor representatives and presenters, up to 165 of these will be CBO’s and other college employees.

Rates and deadlines are noted below and rates include all conference meals and activities noted on the agenda.

Early Bird: $630 (thru 4/15)
Regular: $675 (4/16-5/8)
On-Site: $720 (5/9 and beyond)

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations will be subjected to a $100 processing/administrative fee. Substitutions may be made at no additional charge. Any cancellations after May 8th will be non-refundable.
