Conference Registration Rates: (NOTE: rate changes will be in effect on the date indicated; there are no one day registration rates available; presenters register at published rates if attending conference.)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations will be subjected to a $100 processing/administrative fee. Substitutions may be made at no additional charge. Any cancellations received after October 14th will be non-refundable.

Individual tickets will be available on-site for guests -- $65 breakfast and $85 lunch and $125 for the Monday night special event.
