ATTENTION VENDORS: Your registration will be handled through your sponsorship/additional registrations. Please do NOT register your representatives here. Vendors may not participate in the conference without sponsoring at the Silver Level or higher. For more information, go HERE.
Conference Registration Rates: (NOTE: rate changes will be in effect on the date indicated; there are no one day registration rates available; presenters register at published rates if attending conference.)
Rates and deadlines are noted below and rates include all conference meals and activities noted on the agenda.
Early Bird: $630 (thru 9/23)
Regular: $675 (9/24-10/21)
On-Site: $720 (10/22 and beyond)
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations will be subjected to a $100 processing/administrative fee. Substitutions may be made at no additional charge. Any cancellations received after October 14th will be non-refundable.
Dietary Restrictions: We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee. It is important that you carefully read labeling, self select and make your own arrangements as needed.
Individual tickets will be available on-site for guests -- $65 breakfast and $85 lunch and $125 for the Monday night special event.
